How accurate is the verification?
Our in-house engine reaches roughly 99% accuracy on deliverable mailboxes by combining syntax, domain, MX and a live SMTP mailbox ping rather than relying on a stale database. The result is a real-world bounce rate consistently under 2% across sends.
How do you handle catch-all domains?
Catch-all servers accept mail for any address, so they can't be confirmed the way a normal mailbox can. Instead of forcing them to 'valid', we keep them honestly indeterminate and route them to a safer, warmed-up sender, protecting your reputation while still giving the address a fair chance.
Does verification cost credits?
Verification runs automatically as part of finding and sending: you are not billed a separate fee every time an address is checked. Bulk and API verification are available on plans that include them, so you can verify lists you bring yourself.
Do you send test emails to my prospects?
No. The SMTP mailbox ping is a lightweight protocol-level handshake that checks whether the mailbox exists: it never delivers a message, so your prospects see nothing and your sending stays completely invisible until you actually reach out.
